DELIVERY
All our items are made to order within 9 business days. Customised items are not refundable or exchangeable. We entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers (depending on your country). We are not liable for any local taxes, which must be paid according to the destination country’s legislation.
Free delivery on orders over 1500 EUR.
International delivery:
Standard – €35 (10-15 business days).
Express – €60 (3-5 business days).
Ukraine:
Free shipping (1-2 business days).
Russia:
Standard – €35 (14-16 business days).
Express – €45 (5-7 business days).
We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready for dispatch.
Please note that we use external shipping services and any delays occurring on their side are at the responsibility of the shipping company.
TAXES & DUTIES
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at the check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
